AE at cerebras selling 7-9 figure contracts in AI chip/inference compute. Previously 5 years at AWS. GTM research subject — Harmony team interviewed him to understand how experienced enterprise AEs use AI in their outbound workflows.

Heavy user of ample-market for outbound (CRM + LinkedIn signals, automated sequences, dialer) and Claude Code for research, copywriting, persona analysis, and summarizing podcasts/interviews.

Key insight: AI tools have multiplied his outreach volume 4-5x (from ~100/day to 400-500/day) but conversion rate stays flat. The unsolved problem is getting through to people — spam filters, iOS call screening, low channel response rates (LinkedIn 2-3%, email <1%, cold call 3-5%).

Has NOT used voice agents; still prefers traditional phone. Self-described “old school” on the phone channel.
