Finding: Their “self-learning” is actually manual prompt updates by the customer — landing page says “Improve yourself” but the improvement mechanism is human-in-the-loop, not algorithmic. This validates harmony-core’s true self-learning-loop (closed-loop CRM/Gong feedback) as a real differentiator.
