Voice as Feature (not core)

Definition

Voice is a premium capability that enables the first wedge, not the core product. The core is the brain-layer + agent orchestration. Voice happens to be the natural starting point because most replaceable revenue roles are phone-based.

  • DEC-015 — Voice is a feature, not the core
  • DEC-013 — Marketing positioning is still “self-learning revenue voice agent” (voice fronted, brain underneath)

Sources

  • nadav-greenberg — observed that voice doesn’t appear as a core function in the vision doc
  • vitali — voice stack architect; agreed with the framing

Implications

  • Marketing positioning (“self-learning revenue voice agent”) fronts voice but the strategic story is platform
  • Customer-facing dashboards should make the brain visible, not just the voice
  • Pricing models (per-minute, per-resolution, per-lead) are tactical — strategic value is in the brain, not the minutes
