Global Maximum

Definition

Long-term north-star framing for harmony-core. Every revenue org today has marketing, sales, and support optimizing independently (local maxima) — and these local optima conflict (cheap sign-ups → low-quality leads, aggressive sales → churn). Connecting all departments through a shared intelligence layer (the brain-layer) produces a Global Maximum that is significantly more valuable than any single department’s local optimum.
